Who can use the AIM Student Card?
Students in grades K-12 who attend an Iowa City Community School District (ICCSD) school.
Where can my student use their AIM Student Card?
Their card can be used at any of the 3 local public libraries including Coralville Public Library, Iowa City Public Library, and North Liberty Community Library.
Is there an actual card that my student must present?
Yes, students will be given a student ID card by their school that they can use at their local library to check out their 3 items. If they forget their student ID card, we can still check out their items.
What can the AIM Student Card be used for?
Your student can check out 3 books/audios and access digital items, including books from Overdrive and movies from Kanopy.
Will my student receive fines on the AIM Student Card?
No, the AIM Student Card will not have fines or fees.
My student does not attend a school in the ICCSD, who can I talk to?
Contact a participating library Coralville Public Library, Iowa City Public Library, or North Liberty Library and they will put you in touch with the AIM Student Card team.
